Great webinar today. I have now attended several of these webinars for TransactionDeskTM and I wanted to tell you how great they are. Not only did I learn a lot about how to use the system, but I also learned about the other webinars that help me drill down on some of the more complicated topics.

Our office really likes to use TransactionDeskTM, but the other agents are so busy with their own work that I do not feel comfortable asking them “how do I do this or that on transaction desk”. It also is a little embarrassing to ask those types of questions for fear it would show them how really dumb I am when it comes to your system.

The webinars are great for me because they really have shown me how I can create and track all of my transactions from prospecting, to qualifying, to presentations, to listing, to selling, to closing and post closing follow that leads to more prospecting. And I can do it in an organized fashion all from one place. Just logging on to transaction desk I had no idea how powerful a tool it was. Without the webinars I am embarrassed to say that I would not have used TD much. Perhaps just to create a document or 2. Now I see how I can use it for my 7 essential steps to running a top producing real estate business.

Words cannot express how impressed I am with TD now that I have spent a few hours in webinars and a few hours putting that training to use. I plan to attend most, if not all of the webinars you offer so that I can become the “TransactionDeskTM King”!!! I mean after all, I am “Realty Rob” so I need to be the best!!! Thanks again. Rest assured you will be hearing from me again and I plan to tell my Broker my opinion about how great the webinars and TD are. He was the one that gently (or perhaps not so gently) pushed me to attend the webinars (over my initial objections) and I am glad he did. I plan to tell him to “gently push” all folks in our office, new and seasoned, to do the same.

By the way, the only suggestion I would have is to make the sessions longer. Seems like 60 minutes is a bit rushed for all the material and the breakout sessions could be 45 rather than 30 minutes. Just my opinion. Other than that, they are awesome!

Hi there – I am glad you asked for feedback – most people probably won’t take the time but I am glad you asked!

First of all, your presenter did a VERY nice job. He kept up the pace, handled questions, went through the product at the proper pace – I know he did a good job because before I was a realtor, I was a software sales/tech person and a manager and I have done and have watched MANY presentations via webinar. So kudos to him – can’t remember his name I apologize.

Secondly – since I was in software for 25 years, I know software and appreciate good products and I am impressed with your product. I wish he could have spent a bit more time on the simple completion of the contracts/documents you have but I can go in and play with them. As I was thinking of a questions, he usually addressed it within a few minutes, so the flow are great. The product/software looks terrific and I can’t wait to start using it!

I have taken several classes teaching Transaction Desk. When I get home and get around to trying it on my computer, it was never as easy as it looked in class. I knew I could call the tech hotline, but I rarely did so since I needed to have a whole new start.

You can’t imagine how pleased I was to find these free webinars, the long distance call does not bother me since I have 5 cent a minute long distance. The webinars will help me learn “transaction desk” my at my own slow speed. Thank you so much!

I have really enjoyed the webinars. I first thought the 30 minute sessions would be too short.
But, the timing has been great!

The Facilitator is very good and I also liked his humor as well.

I especially like today's Service orders seminar. I got a chance to see the process from start to finish of a transaction (really turned on the light for me!).

Looking forward to the importing info from Public Records, as well as reviewing the task management and files webinars.

This was a very informative class, even for a new person like myself! I enjoyed being able to follow on the screen as I listened to the conference call. I plan on attending more Metrolist training classes in person in the near future, especially one on the search function and one on CMA.
